Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event:

- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial or full refund, minus any costs already incurred for supplies, rentals, or services secured on your behalf.

- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a full refund, but a partial refund may be issued, less any non-recoverable expenses.

**All deposits are non-refundable and amount discussed during consultation.

One event reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days notice, based on availability. Rescheduling within 7 days may incur additional fees.

Damage & Loss Policy

Client is responsible for any lost, stolen, or excessively damaged décor, equipment, or supplies provided by The Everyday Party Co. A replacement or damage fee may be charged based on the item’s value.

Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, The Everyday Party Co. is not responsible for weather-related cancellations, delays, or damage to décor. Client must provide a backup indoor location or coverage (e.g., tent) for weather-sensitive elements.

Photography Release

Client agrees that The Everyday Party Co. may take and use photographs of the event setup for promotional purposes, including social media and portfolio use. No personal guest photos will be shared without consent.

Liability Waiver

The Everyday Party Co. is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or incidents that occur during

the event. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising all children and ensuring safe use of any materials provided.

Vendor Responsibility Clause

The Everyday Party Co. is not responsible for the performance, setup, or safety of any third-party vendors (e.g., bounce houses, character appearances, food services). All third-party contracts and communications are between the client and the vendor directly.
