Katie Rodriguez has always been the one who goes “a little extra” when it comes to planning parties—and she wears that title proudly. From over-the-top birthday bashes to beautifully styled bridal showers and large-scale community events, Katie has a passion for creating celebrations that feel thoughtful, fun, and full of magic. With an eye for detail and a love for all things festive, she brings years of experience planning and styling events for family, friends, and now sharing that passion with the Treasure Valley through The Everyday Party Co. A proud girl mom, Katie also works as a long time hairstylist and loves shopping, sourdough baking, traveling, and spending every possible moment outdoors—preferably by a pool or a beach.

Jo Jacob brings a lifelong passion for event planning and decorating-whether organizing family celebrations, high school proms, or large-scale fundraisers, she thrives on creativity and attention to detail. Now in her 11th year as a high school social studies teacher, Jo is also a proud girl mom, a law enforcement wife, and a Level 1 CrossFit certified coach at her local gym. She enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, and all things outdoors in the summer, along with crafting, baking, and puzzles. Jo is a TIPS-certified bartender with experience in weddings and private events, bringing energy and professionalism to every occasion she's part of through The Everyday Party Co.
